Blanco Family Museum

Blanco Family Museum is a celebrated art museum in Angono, Rizal, dedicated to preserving the artistic legacy of the Blanco family, one of the Philippines’ most prolific painting families. The museum houses a vast collection of artworks created by Jose “Pitok” V. Blanco, his wife Loreto “Loring” Blanco, and their children, all of whom are accomplished artists in their own right.

The museum features hundreds of paintings that depict Filipino life, culture, and

tradition, including idyllic rural landscapes, vibrant fiestas, religious celebrations, and

scenes from everyday life. Artworks are often organized by each family member,

highlighting their individual styles and artistic development, with some pieces dating

back to their childhood.

The Blanco family’s realist style is distinguished by vivid detail, dramatic use of light,

and a profound appreciation for Filipino culture and heritage, making the museum a

valuable destination for art lovers and cultural enthusiasts exploring Angono’s rich

artistic scene.
